Recipe #1 - Green Smoothie

 Green Smoothie


3/4 cup Almond Milk
1 Banana cut in 4ths
2 Handfuls Spinach
1 Stalk of Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Apple (sliced)
4 Tbs Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Dashes of Lime Juice
Agave Syrup (to taste)

Blend all ingredients in a blender on smoothie setting.  Put in freezer to chill for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!

New Beginnings

Hello All!

For the past year and a half I have been cooking on my own as a Vegetarian/Pescetarian in the confines of my apartment kitchen.  I usually break out the pots and pans in the middle of the night when I get a strange craving for some weird combination like eggs and lasagna... bizarre right?  However, these wild cravings have lead me to create some delicious concoctions that I would like to share in this attempt at a cookbook blog! 

I am working on combining the photos and recipes and adding actual sense to them, so you don't go absolutely crazy while trying to figure them out.  I should have some up, hopefully, soon!
